The west of the philadelphia area. We have some really heavy rain coming into berks county, the western portion of berks just west of reading. This is an area thats already had probably more than two inches of rain in some spots so there could be flooding in that area. Another batch just west of allentown right along i78. This is moderate to heavy. Its headed up toward the pocono mountains. As you can see, theres more back to the west. Some big storms in northeastern maryland and even bigger ones farther to the west. Those are things we will have to watch through the evening hours because the future cast weather computers showing hour by hour that there will be more heavy showers and storms coming in later on this evening from that western area that we just showed you coming in perhaps even in the middle of the night. We have flood advisories and a Flash Flood Warning for this area because of the heavy rain. This goes across 476 and montgomery county. This will last through the overnight hours. One to two inches in this area and we expect more rain there. If you have to drive through the next couple of hours, be very careful. Locally, we have more rain down around maryland approaching delaware. We will be watching this as we go overnight tonight. The flash flood remains through the overnight hours. Against filing charges against two new Jersey Police officers in the Fatal Shooting of a black man, the deadly encounter in bridgeton was captured by a dashcam in december. 36yearold jerome reed defied officers ordered by stepping out of a car but had his hands raised. The officers say they feared for their lives and they both opened fire killing reed. Again a new jersey grand jury voted not to file charges.
