Gloria torres is pleading for help for information lead together safe return of her 31yearold daughter erica. You dont want to think those thoughts but its getting you know, been days now. And we havent heard from her. This video shows a woman the family believes is mascaleres walking past a bakery. The owner is distributing copies of the video in efforts to help locate the woman. What is your hope . I hope that shes found. And i hope shes not hurt. Sunday, friends and family held a vigil distributing flyers around the neighborhood. Supposed to fly out friday morning. Her brother fly out saying his sister was supposed to visit him but she disappeared the day before. I dont know what could have happened. I just hope that there is some lead. She is five three and weighs 220 pounds last seen wearing a gray sweat shirt and red tennis shoe. cull desack in danville. the house is connected with people who own a medical marijuana dispensary in newark which was also raided today. leslie brinkley is live at that home in danville tonight. reporter: the latest from the attorney general s offense is that when they searched this house late this afternoon and well into the evening here they found inside an assault rifle, ammunition, a shotgun, 20-pounds of processed marijuana and $40,000 in cash. at 2:20 wednesday aftertwa s.w.a.t. teams and agents stormed on to the cull desack off of old back hawk road and surrounded this house. neighbors cowered in their homes as they watched officer first to call for any one in the house to come out with their hands in the air. they shot at the door, blew up in the window and they had one of those robots with a camera go in and then that came out and then they reviewed the video of that and sent in a dog and the dug went in on a long leash and came back out and looked like 8 ....
shooting in oakland, the second time this week. don knapp is in oakland. reporter: police have been on their hands and knees literally in the yard looking for evidence trying to understand what it was about what happened today that led officers to shoot a man with a fake gun. police say they shot and killed a man wielding what they called a replica assault weapon. one apparently not capable of firing a shot. the shooting came when police answered a call on taft avenue between college and broadway. as they approached the home they saw a man carrying the replica. as they got upstairs when the gentleman exited the home and confronted the officers armed with an automatic rifle. the officers immediately opened fire on the gentleman which ended his life. there were three officers that were involve in the shooting. we determined later on that the weapon was a replica assault weapon. reporter: while it may have been a difficult call for officers facing what they thought w ....
