Catherine (Cathy) Irene Duvall, of Nisswa, passed away peacefully at her home Friday, March 31, 2023. She was 64 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death. Cathy was born on November 15, 1958.

The latest action comes after an expedited motion filed by the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Health, seeking the order for contempt as part of a civil lawsuit against Iron Waffle first initiated in December 2020. ATTEMPTED BREAK-IN
Indiana Borough Police are also seeking information on an attempted break in that happened in Indiana Borough Saturday morning.
Police say that at approximately 3:48 a.m., officers were called to the 400-block of Oak St. for an attempted break in of a vehicle. The unidentified victim told police that they were notified of the attempted break in after their car alarm sounded and they saw a figure by their car. They say the person was last seen running east in the 400-block of Burns Ave.
No description of what the person looked like is available, however anyone with information can call Indiana Borough Police at (724) 357-2121. Officers also remind residents to lock their vehicles and homes.
