We are looking at soaking rain in the north bay which is great. The northern portion of the state where we have most of our reservoirs and thats where were going to see the highest rainfall totals. Also those Higher Elevations, mountains throughout the northern portion of the state could see substantial rainfall upwards of 15 inches possible again those Higher Elevations usually see more substantial rain. But our average for october say up north under 2 inches. We are expecting to get about 2 inches if this happens over 2 inches in santa rosa by the end of the weekend.
