The workforce is really a tough struggle to recruit successfully and then also to keep once we get them to be part of our team. We re just looking for every way to make it more attractive to them to come join the Mennonite Home community, Vice President Jennifer Eslinger said.Various jobs are available, from health care workers and certified nursing assistants to security, dining, laundry and maintenance.To show its appreciation, the retirement community gave raises to its 500 current employees. The workers take care of more than 700 residents in independent living to skilled nursing care. It helps a whole lot.
