Homicide said they have detectives actively working this case and were told it began around 7 45 this morning when someone stabbed that victim in the neck, medics pronouncing him dead here at the scene and by 7 56, homicide making it at least one arrest. I was up by wawa. I saw 15 police come, with numerous cop cars, and i asked one of the people there and they said that someone was stabbed down here. So i went in the library.
