I was up by wawa. I saw 15 police come, with numerous cop cars, and i asked one of the people there and they said that someone was stabbed down here. So i went in the library. I seen the gentlemens body over there. Reporter investigators have not said whether there was any relationship between suspect or suspects and the victim. A suspect has been identified in the shooting in downtown Phoenixville Chester county police say 21 yearold keyon lesean carpenter is responsible for Fatal Shooting of 20 yearold Joshua Mitchell after an argument. Shooting took place at 9 45 last night in the certainty of the town in the very same block as the famous colonial theater. Police are asking anyone with information to please come forward. Today a judge will decide fate of the Camden County fat shore pleaded guilty in the death of his toddler son. Reporter rahel, there could have been a trial that would have started right around this time but instead david dj creato took a plea deal and instead of facing murder charge that he is landed him life in prison he will most likely go to jail for about 10 years on manslaughter charges pleading guilty. You will remember back in may, when he faced his first trial, ended in a mistrial because jury could not reach a unanimous decision, and october 2015 creato made what we can say was a false missing child report that his threeyear old son was missing in haddon township. Instead, investigators say that they found the childs body down by his partially submerged in the creek by cooper river and his socks were cleaned despite the fact that the path leading down to the creek and banks were muddy which led them to believe right before the beginning that the child was placed there and had not wandered off , however, three medical examiners, could not determine a cause of death, and little brand ans death. During the trial the prosecution said that they believed that the reason that david dj creato killed his son was because he was trying to save a relationship with his younger girl friend who didnt like the fact that he had a child from a previous relationship. Now the fact that there was a plea deal takes away some of the suspense because we know he will most sentence of 10 years but we will also here from little brand ans loved won as they speak their mind and perhaps, hear from the admitted killer himself. Now with that said we have another disturbance going to be rolling in here. This is a reenforcing shot of cool air that will knock temperatures back more, come tomorrow. This is going to set off a shower in spots, primarily late tonight and anytime tomorrow, especially in the eastern half of the area. You have to cancel outdoor plans . Absolutely not. These are light, very spotty showers but they are certainly also worth a mention.
