another person in critical condition. the accident happened around 2:00 it this afternoon. the witnesses say a man was walking his doc dog on the sidewalk. the dog was loose and the owner chased after his dog. that is when a driver lost control of his car and hit 2 people at the intersection of wolfe road and fair oaks. the car came to a stop near the sidewalk. here is where we started to get conflicting information. witnesses say the person who died was the man, the owner of the dog but a press release that we have says a woman was killed and paramedics rushed the man to the the hospital. we will try to get that information clarified soon. the witnesses say this is a badding situation already because this typically is a dangerous intersection. i almost gotten hit. people do not stop at this crosswalk. when the light turns red they stop up there. okay. i walk this a lot and i have almost gotten hit numerous times. reporter: again, the third accident, third major accident
