The Sheriffs Office said the raptors president allegedly pushed and screamed obscenities that at a deputy that blocked his access to the court. Even though the deputy would later be treated at the hospital, the Sheriffs Office decided at the time, not to make any arrests. Given the circumstances, hes gone out on the court, i think that was the right decision to make. The incident was captured on cell phone video on the deputys body worn camera. The results of the investigation will be turned over to the das office who will decide if any charges will be filed.
