Jersey. Erica is still missing and their family say they believe he knows exactly where she is. Our cameras were there when kyle crosby was taken into custody and placed in the back of the police car. Just moments before officers with the Brooklawn Police department caught him allegedly tried to bolt from his wifes ford taurus. Crosbys wife erica, was last seen with kyle at this restaurant in cherry hill. She posted a new photo on facebook just before 11 00 that night. They believe that something is certainly wrong. They think it is strange that kyle disconnected his phone and disappeared shortly after police questioned him. Tonight he is being interviewed by detectives once again. Situation. Right now this whole area is cordoned off. But if you look up into the hill there, thats part of the park. You can see there are some officers conducting the investigation into this officer involved shooting. San Francisco Police say around 7 00 this evening, people walking in the park called to report a man with a gun. Police responded and according to a spokesperson, they encountered the suspect and thats when the shooting happened. Were not absolutely sure what occurred up here, but it does appear that he drew that weapon and officers responded. And shot him. He is dead at the scene. Reporter police say they were able to recover a gun at the scene. Right now, again, a very active investigation.
