To avoid shifting costs to nonparticipants which would make it difficult for a program like cleanpowersf to compete against it. So, trying to preserve those options. As i say, thats all activity ongoing at the california puc. And then of course there is some legislative activity picking up. We have new legislate ~. We have a bill introduced by Assembly Member bradford ab [speaker not understood] that were keeping an aye on and a bill introduced by Assembly Member ammiano, ab [speaker not understood]. We dont think theyre meaningful so im not going to get into that. They are on our watch list so we encourage you to keep an eye on them as well. Thank you. Cost of some of these things. We do know that street lights continue to be a big challenge for our city. So, im hoping we can come up with a solution to address the capital issues as well as, you know, the energy costs associated with them. So, one of the frustrations that we have is the hetchy provides opportunities to a lot of great program. And i believe street lights is definitely one of them. And, so, you know, in solving our problem with hetchy, we met with supervisors and kind of came up with some of the plans that were working on. And, so, but we havent had a chance to actually talk and negotiate what the deal was. And, so, with the mayors office, we have been having conversations about raising general fund rates. Weve been talking about putting street lights in the next bond. Weve been working with pg e and weve actually reduced the costs. We are looking at alternative projects for mountain tunnel. So, on all fronts were on this. So, i would love to come back when we have more ....

Potentially at the board . Are there any other approvals to allow us to be able to go and do this Feasibility Study . [multiple voices] i would have to yield to the City Attorney or to the city process because as a lafco representative, i dont represent the city on this step. I would yield to them to say what the process is. My understanding is this would go through the board process. Depending how many votes it gets, the mayors approval or not approval, that would be the [speaker not understood]. It would still have to come bag before any program is launched. [speaker not understood]. It would go through the board and the sfpuc would have to at that point both agree to do moving a Program Forward if we were to go down this model. But the Feasibility Study wou ....

If you could give us an example of what 20 megawatt would be serving the community. So, for example, there are some large warehouses in the sorry, in the bayview Hunters Point area. We thought solar there would be less than 20 megawatts greater than 1 megawatt. Those would be system that would be considered distributed under the rules. Theyd be local. They could be located and what qualifies ....

Im also an environmental scientist. Im frustrate that had ive lived here since 1999 and ive heard about cleanpowersf for i believe 10 years now and that we still dont see a Clean Energy Program in the city. So, im very glad to see the board looking at pursuing all means of moving this program forward. Clearly we need to offer power to San Francisco citizens that is cleaner than pg e at the same price or cheaper and marin has shown that thats imminently possible. However, San Franciscos program has long had a primacy on new generation and local generation. So, i think as we go forward, we just want to ensure that San Francisco has local control of the parameter of our program so that we can accrue the cobenefits like thousands of local jobs that we have seen from ....
