funding that's a $3.2 million for a teen center and a library learning literacy learning center. of course, we certainly falsify and does not oppose teens or literacy but those are unproven programs and will have a harmful and negative effect which the library has not discussed in its document yesterday nor to the library commission and those include the access to the fifth floor and the magazines to the brooks hall are in brief what we as far know is the teen center project and the teen literacy learning center are a library destruction project there's 0 no mention of what happens to the fifth floor magazines and that orally when we press them they finally said that thousands of bounds of magazines would be moved and that means no browsing by patrons and no access and a twenty-four hours wait for the material >> yesterday capital planning committee they said they were coming to the budget approval but they've started demolition. we certainly oppose this because it i know they have no place to stay. one lady is 21 years old and has two kids a has a problem with crystal meth she could use assisted living. another person is a young lady who is 24 years old that's from afghan her old roommate tried to have his way with her and her boyfriend would often buys her, she was my caregiver. she lived with me for two months which was a no no, but they did she couldn't afford to live in san francisco so she moved to arizona. the last person was a mom who was recently paroled from prison and has a problems are crystal meth. i haven't seen her in months i call her attorney has spoken with the women when i believe are victims of privacy. i want to know federal and state if the district attorney has found those homeless women to give prescription changing cloths inside a public room. i wanted to wring it to the attention or altercation of the police department so there was no police commission meeting last week it's getting difficult to use did you law enforcement agencies rewarding the clear vision of state law. there's a matter that the city larger than has said there was no permission to take those pictures and it violated state law code >> thank special permits that's a key to understanding the problem as i see it i can't anymore walk safely down market street without feeling threatened by the multiple construction sites and they spring up everyday there's a new site and it's difficult to know how to get around the city and avoid those alcoholic and dangerous construction sites they're taking over our streets so i ask as people citizens
