Is under way, more than 48 hours after a catastrophic Building Collapse in surfside, florida. Part of the 12story Champlain towers came Crashing Down during the early hours of thursday morning. Youre looking at right now live pictures, the scene as Day Break approaches. At least four people are confirmed dead and the whereabouts of 159 others are unknown. Its still not clear what caused the building to fall. Rescue teams have faced an uphill battle. They face heavy smoke from fires within the building, heavy winds, lightning and rain.
