Jammu, April 03 (Scoop News)-Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today paid obeisance at the Holy Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji and released a bhajan and Web-Series on Maa Vaishno Devi at the SMVD Spiritual Growth Centre, Katra.
