PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia and its cops are alleged to have caused thousands of dollars in damages while causing a homeowner emotional distress as they pointlessly searched for nephew.
Imeen Barnes, a resident of Pennsylvania, has filed a lawsuit against multiple municipalities and their police departments in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The defendants include Eddystone Borough, Ridley Township, Darby Township, Glenolden Borough, and several unnamed police officers from these areas.
