to people who may have come in contact with the latest coronavirus patient in solano county, the first known case where the origin is still a mystery. they have not been able to trace where this person got it. we know it is a woman and she is being treated in sacramento. she was diagnosed yesterday, but she has been experiencing symptoms for more than a week. she was admit fod another northern california hospital on december 19th but not tested until now since she didn t have any of the risk factors like traveling to china or coming into contact with any other known infections. state officials are reaching out to people she may have come in contact with but they will not release any info abut where she might have been. they say there is no known connection with this woman and the people at the quarantined air force base. they are focused on getting more testing kits. the state was only given 200 from the feds. the governor said more will be coming in over the next few days.

the east coast c.b.d., community benefit district recently came up, and homelessness was the number one request. there are more than 100 requests made to 311 related to homelessness every single week in this immediate neighborhood. the outreach team counted one by one 179 people sleeping on the streets in this immediate neighborhood, so the need is clear. i have spoken to people who are unhoused and formerly unhoused, both inside our shelters and navigation centers and on the streets, and what i ve learned from them is that we absolutely need more navigation center beds. without navigation centers, people are forced to create their own shelter on our streets, on our alleyways and on our doorsteps. many of these people may have health challenges, they may be disabled. over 400 people have died on our streets in the last two years. this is a life or death situation for many. it is imperative that we build more navigation centers, as well as put forward a citywide plan to build

[inaudible] yes. good afternoon, supervisors. i m here also to talk about the proposed navigation center. i m a homeowner at 219 brannan, roughly two blocks from the proposed site. i also own a clean energy company in district six that s created over 5,000 jobs in california. i strongly oppose this proposal. this is not a nimby issue, this is another issue. let me ask you two questions. what will be the cost to our city to locate a navigation center with a documented increase increased drug use, trash, where thousands of people travel to work, where thousands of fans travel to at&t park and soon to chase center, and where they host thousands of tourists along that iconic walk from at&t to the ferry building? what will be the cost to locate a navigation center in such a densely populated family neighborhood? we have more child care centers in district six than any other districts in the city. this is not, by the way, in the five radius of the proposed center, not a hub of ho
