the prime minister condemned what she called a callous act. the people of manchester and of this country have fallen victim to a callous terrorist attack, an attack that targeted some of the youngest people in our society. police say they know the identity of the suicide bomber. armed police have arrested a 23 year old man in south manchester. this has been the most horrific incident we have ever faced here in greater manchester and one that we all hoped we would never see. hello from manchester, a city still trying to come to terms with what happened here when 59 people were killed. 22 people, i m sorry, were killed, and 59 people were injured, when a suicide bomber detonated a device at the manchester arena last night at a concert by an american singer, ariana grande. the police are saying they are not yet revealing the name of the suicide bomber, although we understand they do have that name. it is the worst terror attack in the uk since the july the 7th attacks back ....
