DSS resolves to take steps for promotion of Dogri DSS resolves to take steps for promotion of Dogri Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 22: Dogra Sadar Sabha (DSS) today recalled the 16th anniversary of the ‘Dogri Manyata Diwas’ at Sabha Bhawan amidst all the COVID constraints. On the occasion, the members emphasized the necessity of preserving Dogri language and urged writers and poets to devote themselves in developing, promoting and popularizing the language by writing more and producing quality literature. They thanked the UT Government for inclusion of Dogri among official languages and introducing some lessons on Dogra history for Classes 6th to 8th syllabus in the schools under J&K Board of School Education.
