floyd being led away in handcuffs. this is accountability, but many say it still falls short of justice. on thursday i spoke with black minneapolis residents about what it has been like over the last year living in the shadow of this police murder and what the verdict means to them. thank you. i want to play for you some of the conversation that i had with some of those residents when i did ask them what was going through their mind when they witnessed that conviction. all right. i will bring it to you in just a moment. on thursday, just two days after the chauvin conviction, i did sit down with people in minneapolis. george floyd s family attended the family of daunte wright that day. daunte wright, as you know, is the 20-year-old unarmed black man shot and killed by a police officer in brooklyn center, minnesota, last week. it is just a short distance from where the chauvin trial was taking place. the reverend al sharpton once again delivered the eulogy, another eulog
