Right now it is a mystery out here on the 200 block of south 50th street. Right behind me police are still out here behind me. That is the house where the victim was found dead. Heres the thing, there are no signs of forced entry, the place was not ransacked. The question is what really happened to this woman . Police say jasmine wrigt was found beaten and possibly strangled in a third floor apartment here. The victims family was concerned about her wellbeing. They asked the property manager to check in on her. He was the one that found her dead. Neighbors say wright was well liked, well respected, professional. Making this more mysterious. Some tell us they are stunned and scared right now. She was trying to make something of her life. Somebody took it so young from her. Its not right.
