The radar view today has had a few light showers into Sonoma County and marin county. But you can see the radar right now, not a lot happening, even though we have a lot of clouds here moving across the coast. Here you see the rotation off shore. This is the band of moisture thats going to come through during the day tomorrow. So yes, spring officially gets under way before sunrise tomorrow. But its going to be on hold for the bay area. Weve got rain making a comeback. Gusty winds up to 35 miles per hour. A chance at isolated thunder and a second storm due in on friday. Whats important to point out is this second storm, rainfall totals for the next two days not expected to be as extreme as we saw back in february, but notice Sonoma County, some of the higher hills, 1 to 2 inches of rain. Mostly clearing skies, 64 degrees, no rain underneath those clouds right now in sunol. But mostly cloudy skies and a few light showers off storm but our monday storm system still out around here. This is whats going to come through during the day tomorrow. That will bring through maun and tuesday if you focus on the areas here and orange and red in the north bay. Some of the coastal mountains purple, too. You can see maybe 1 to 2 inches plus there in napa county and also the Santa Cruz Mountains could pick up 1 to 2 inches of rain.
