New this morning. A 12year old in is big trouble after Mount Healthy police say they caught him with a fake gun and a cup of wine at school. It happened yesterday at mount Health Junior high school. Police tell 9 on your side the boy pointed the toy weapon at two different students after school and told them quote i am going to shoot you.
