this stretch of 71 south was shut down just after 3 a-m .. when a wrong way driver caused a deadly accident. two cars traveling 55 mph and they hit head-on on the interstate it s going to be a spectacular crash. this was the scene of that crash on i-71 near the dana avenue exit. police say the person responsible is 22-year-old taryn chin.
