capping a six-month investigation. it almost seemed like he knew and he kind of gave up. but he didn t talk to us. reporter: norm burgos touted high performance training. his website and facebook page promised to compare team players for college tennis and beyond. police say burgos betrayed the trust and confidence of at least two richmond families, grooming their sons for sex. the abuse police say occurred before, during, and after lessons at burgos richmond residence, starting when one boy was 14. at 16, he told his parents. he finally did. i don t know what occurred, what broke it, but he finally did and he came forward. reporter: seven years ago burgos was tried in marin county for lewd contact and sexual battery while a p.e. teacher in mill valley. he allegedly fondled boy during massage and while conducting what he called fat tests. the jury deadlocked and burgos went free but never got his job back at tennis coach even though parents petitioned for his r ....
