Apparent adds to growing media team

Independent agency Apparent has expanded its media division, headed by former Naked Communications and Ikon executive John Halpin.
Publicis Media’s Phoebe Chan has joined as head of media and advertising operations while Jaclyn Ely has joined as client partner, media.
Apparent’s media division has seen 88% growth over the past 12 months across the agency’s integrated client base, according to a release from the agency.

Chan was most recently performance media operations director at Publicis Media. Fellow new appointee Ely, previously general manager at WPP agency Sibling, will sit within the client service team.
KFC Big Bash League unveils colourful new campaign via Apparent

The KFC Big Bash launched for the 2020/21 season last week, and now the BBL has rolled out a new integrated campaign celebrating the game being ‘Made of moments’.
The new creative from Apparent aims to show off the family fun that the KFC Big Bash has to offer, with the bright colours of the teams incorporated throughout the campaign.
Apparent was appointed by Cricket Australia to manage its creative and media earlier in 2020.
