Well, it turns out, as i mentioned, that the 41 year old shares his apartment with his 20 year old daughter, and police say, the victim was her boyfriend, that victim was confronted by the womans father, in the second floor bedroom, police say possibly struggle, then the victim shot in the head. He was taken to torresdale hospital where he later died. Now, police say, the initial report for this incident came in as a home intruder. But they are trying to sort that all out.
