According to police, the mastermind of the Mohali RPG attack Lakhbir Singh Landa is trying to revive terrorism in Punjab with the help of a Pakistan-based terrorist.

Two ISI-backed terror modules busted in the Amritsar and Moga areas of Punjab on Tuesday. The Pakistan-controlled modules were operating from Canada and Italy with the involvement of criminal-turned-terrorists.
Chandigarh: The arrested accused has been identified as Yograj Singh alias Yog, a resident of Rajoke village in Tarn Taran district. The module was jointly operated by Canada-based Lakhbir Singh alias Landa, Pakistan-based Harvinder Singh Rinda, and Italy-based Harpreet Singh alias Happy.
Punjab police busted two ISI-backed terror modules that were operating from Canada. According to the police, the group was backed by Pakistan spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence.
