KARACHI: The Sindh High Court on Tuesday directed the counsel for Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) to come prepared on March 18 for arguments on a petition about the 2016 ATR aircraft crash. When a two-judge bench headed by Justice Mohammad Ali Mazhar took up the matter for hearing, petitioner Iqbal Kazmi turned up, but he was unwell. However, he submitted written arguments along with some documents and relied on the same.
