The introduction of COVID-19 made 2020 a challenging year for most individuals, including the Crosslake Ideal Lions Club.
Regular activities, including volunteering at the Crosslake Food Shelf, blood drives, the annual Easter egg hunt, the St. Patrick s Day Parade, the fishing contest at Moonlite Bay, Crosslake Days and a holiday party at Golden Horizons for residents were canceled.
Monthly meetings continued, oftentimes online via Zoom, and members discussed how the Crosslake Ideal Lions Club could help residents in the community during these challenging times.
