Kremlin eyes failed Ukraine peace deal as basis for new talks

As Switzerland proposes to organize a peace summit to find a solution to the war in Ukraine, Moscow is now resurrecting an old solution - garnished with further demands. Moscow court puts first suspect in concert hall attack under pre-trial custody for two months

Moscow's Basmanny district court ruled on Sunday that the first suspect in Friday's deadly concert hall attack in which at 137 people were killed should be put into custody for two months pending trial, Interfax news agency reported citing the court. Armenia's prime minister says his country needs a new constitution -Ifax

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Friday that his country needed a new constitution to entrench its "democratic aspirations", Russia's Interfax news agency reported. It quoted Pashinyan as telling a meeting at the country's justice ministry: "We must have a Constitution that will make the Republic of Armenia more competitive and more viable in the new geopolitical and regional conditions". Russia: Diplomatic ties with US could break down over asset seizures
