The gift is part of KeyBank s $40 billion National Community Benefits Plan, which invests in lower-income communities through small business loans, mortgages and other programs. Multiple departments, including Job and Family Services and the Mental Health and Addiction Services, created the request for qualified contractors to help develop the center.
