Marjorie Mae Tribe, 99, of Albion, IL passed away Monday, March 27th, 2023, at home. She was born March 13th, 1924, in Albion, IL to Albert and Julia (Reid) Tribe. Marjorie was a lifelong member of West Village Christian Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. She worked at the Ben Franklin Store in Albion for 37 years. Marjorie is survived by several cousins including George and Shirley Tribe; family caretakers Bill and Charlotte Tribe; special friend Loretta Fryman. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Nona Tribe, and an infant brother. Memorials may be made to West Village Cemetery. David Allen Harms, 81, of Bone Gap, IL passed from this earth to his heavenly home on Thursday, November 24, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 7, 1941, to Gilbert and Iva (Hocking) Harms, David was the youngest of three sons. David married Suzanne Rude on October 6, 1963, at the Bone Gap United Methodist Church. Together they had three children: Eric (Krista) Harms, Melissa (Paul) Brock-Jones, and Meghan (Charlie) Abell. David's six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren were the pride of his life and brought him so much joy. David was a life-long farmer and when asked about it, he would answer, "I've never worked a day in my life", because of his love of farming. He was a true steward of the land, had a strong work ethic, and raised his children to understand the value of hard work. David was a quiet man but had a deep faith in God. Maxwell Reisinger 79 of Olney, IL passed from this life to eternal life on Friday, February 11, 2022. Max was born on August 5, 1942, to Harold and Helen Reisinger of Bone Gap, IL. During high school Max was president of the FFA and excelled in Football. Max was a hard-working farmer and hog producer. Later Max enjoyed Motocross and stock car racing and had a successful tenure as an Oil-well producer, then living his retirement in Olney, IL. He was a father and grandfather, and if you visited Max, you would see his walls covered in pictures of friends and family that were dear to him.
