"A private company had built its own unauthorised yard in the submergence area of the Hindon River. Even after the repeated warning, they did not remove the vehicles parked in the area," said Manish Kumar Verma, District Magistrate.
Delhi Floods: The Hindon River, which is a tributary of the Yamuna River, witnessed a rise in the water level on Saturday. Several houses located in low-lying areas were submerged in the water.
