The Supreme Court on Friday indicated that it would consider if Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested in the Delhi excise policy case, could be given interim bail in view of the ongoing elections.
A Bench of Justices Bela M Trivedi and Pankaj Mithal was slated to hear the matter today when Babu's counsel informed the Supreme Court that the bail plea was being withdrawn due to a change in circumstances.
