Have authority to prosecute. what did we learn? republicans are questioning why a special counsel has not been appointed to take over the investigation into hunter biden. the attorney general has consistently said that they believe the right way to handle this case was to allow this trump-appointed u.s. attorney to stay on torks continue to oversee this investigation, and they don t necessarily need a special counsel. the other two special counsels have been handling inves investigations into the president of the united states and the former president, who said he s going to run for office again and the possible mishandling of documents. it doesn t appear there s any inconsisten inconsistency. as you were speaking, we showed pictures of josh hawley of missouri, ted cruz of texas. there s been some spice back and forth with the attorney general and republicans, but the senate is much more polite, the tone would be different. ....

Alive, does any of that surprise you? it absolutely does. this guy invested a lot of time into this event today. he basically has thrown away his life. it will never go back to normal. he let people go walk out of the building. he was in a building surrounded by other, you know, shopping facilities and restaurants in the area. if he wanted maximum fatale day, he could have gone to a quote unquote better site and then after all of this, he surrend s surrenders. so there is so much inconsisten inconsistency, it is confusing to identify the motive. so, yeah, a lot of his behavior for me is very surprising. bob, the fact this guy had or may have had explosives, they saw him take items in, couple bags, how does that change the situation for authorities as they go into something like this? it could have really increased the amount of caution they have ....
