i ll be back in 10 minutes with a look at your neighborhood by neighborhood forecast. one neighborhood right now is being checked out by matt delucia in jenkintown. matt. reporter: we can feel that the temperature has dropped a couple of degrees the past couple tours. a little chillier as i got out of the truck. you see people coming to the train station all bundled up. they are going to be more bundled up the next 24-48 hours. the train came and picked up a load of passengers. later on today and overnight expecting some of the coldest temperatures yet for this season. add in the wind and we should get quite a bit of a shock compared to what we ve gotten used to so far this winter and because of that a code blue alert is in effect for several counties in the area, that warning comes when temperatures are forecast to be cold enough to be dangerous for people who spend a great deal of time outside, mainly the homeless and for that reason more shelters start opening and ....
