Subscriber only Headline acts and dancing could be off the cards at a popular Coast venue after owners say they were unfairly targeted and fined $6500. Some NightQuarter main stage shows are being rescheduled after recent recommendations on how the Birtinya venue hosts ticketed events. She said due to the concerns about crowd density the main stage was reclassified from an outdoor to indoor venue.
