Reporter we got here shortly after this leak started. When we got here, there was what looked like smoke. There was something in the air in that vicinity over there where you see all the fire and police workers. It looks like the leak has stopped. You dont see anything coming up into the air. It was hazy when we got here. They are evacuating. You can see the caution tape. They are evacuating everyone in that what looks like a two block area. Everyone in the nearby buildings has been cleared out. All nearby residents have been cleared out and they are making sure everyone stays out of it now while they do assess the situation at this time.
