Legion in Ohio to close permanently after cutting veteran's mic during Memorial Day speech

The Hudson Lee-Bishop American Legion, whose post officer intentionally cut the microphone of a veteran as he spoke about Memorial Day’s connection to Black history during a speech, has been suspended pending permanent closure, according to a news release from the American Legion Department of Ohio.
