Ohio veteran's mic cut as he spoke about Black community's role in history of Memorial Day

In his Memorial Day speech, a retired Army Lt. Col. wanted to recognize the role Black people played in the formation of what we now know as Memorial Day. But he was literally silenced when event organizers cut his mic, later saying that section of the speech was "not relevant."
