That tally doesnt include the heart wrenching story of the High School Honor student and band member from chicago who performed at some of president obamas inug ral festivities just last week. 15 years old. She had her whole life in front of her. But, yesterday, she was sholt in the back while sitting in a park. Near her school in the middle of the afternoon.
