He is 27yearold eric mendoza, identified by the family. Calm person, hard worker. Reporter hertado was his uncle. He says mendoza was just getting off the graveyard shift and was probably moving his car when he was shot. It was his wife who found him. She drove around the neighborhood when he did not come home on time.
