greg preston is heading the clean up in horsham paid for by the navy. we have contracts with them already, and in place, to construct filtering system to address the water supply there. reporter: while feeding public supply horsham were taken off line because of these new chemical exposure limits and early head count shows 1100 people have come here for more information. jennifer, put it bluntly. we re living in an area that has been completely destroyed and they just want to us say, well, you owe kay we took a couple wells off line, everything else is safe. okay. reporter: exact health impacts are not yet known but people have their suspicions. those who live just down from the base are relying on local leaders, to keep them informed on their drinking water. i am just trusting my township. i don t know if that is the best thing to do but that is all i can do at this point. as for people out here with private water wells, they are being provided bottled wate ....
