Which languages are required for support by authorizing our office to determine whether 10,000 residents share a language and there are three now, chinese, including cantonese and mandarin and tagalog and korean and these are the languages used by the department of elections in their materials, but the voters guide does not determine which languages should be mandated. It is the Language Access ordinance that was implemented and passed by the board of supervisors and initiated by the board of supervisors that determines that.
