They have lifethreatening injuries tonight after getting shot by those police officers. No officers, though, were hit by gunfire. They tell us a gun was recovered at the scene and police are going to be on that scene for several hours. So expect any delays if youre going to be in that area. To some other news tonight, the sentencing hearing for david de pap the man who attacked Nancy Pelosis husband has since been reopened. The court did not give a did not give it up at the chance to make a statement where he was sentenced on friday. Thats a requirement for federal criminal procedures. Prosecutors notified the court after noticing this mistake, the paps lawyers filed an appear that same day. The air is unlikely to affect his 30 year sentence.
