The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Himachal Pradesh, Maneesh Garg, on Saturday said that compared to the last Assembly elections, the number of voters in the state has increased from 49.88 lakh to 55.25 lakh.
Voting is all set to take place on all the 68 Assembly seats of the state as the people gear up to decide the fate of the state s political leaders. The results will be out next month when the counting takes place on December 8.
