Now the timeline from district leaders and it shows that there was about a 30minute period where people were trapped in the train asking for help. 13 calls came into 911. The first at 3 14. That was a call for fire on the tracks at gallery place. That report was unsubstantiated and four minutes later a call from the construction site ho ing repog smoke in a tunnel in southwest washington. The big wall big cause for alarm, 3 22 the call for heavy smoke in the tunnel at lenfant plaza. Nine minutes later we know rescue crews arrived, in position but not in contact with the riders just yet. Over the next 15 minutes, between 3 30 and 3 45 in the afternoon, several calls reporting smoke in the train. People having trouble breathing. People askr an ambulance. Were looking at warnings up to hatteras. Essentially the entire southeast coast. No changes yet, but i would not be surprised tomorrow or at least by sunday if we get some watches, Tropical Storm watches and warnings even in the immediate delmarva coast. Okay. Lets go over the scenarios. And ive changed this a little bit. One scenario we take it out to sea. 5 chance. Scenario two, new york city north. I think even ift hits new york city, well get an inch or so of rain with winds 1530 ....
