We have spent billions of dollars over the past five years improving our networks to try to make them more reliable on additional training for technicians and for our Call Center Employees. We have created new call Center Centers of excellence, one of which is in delaware where you have specially trained Call Center Representatives with a design of trying to enhance the level of Customer Service. We have focused on a whole host of Measure Service improvements including creating one and twohour appointment windows across most of our footprint, which we actually meet now 97 of the time statistically. Were not happy that we dont meet it 3 of the time. This is a place where were having issues.
