Part two will be these cuts, and so the American People know this which is why this bill is overwhelmingly unpopular with the American People. They see what the republicans are up to. Ames bureau. Vanessa, people in madrid say community. Vanessa stacey, loved ones tell me that when you think of madrid, you think randy hinkel. A man with a larger than life with a very large persona that touched everyone he met. Hinkel died from a heart attack on sunday. He was 58. Soon after hinkel came to Madrid High School in 1987, he transformed the football program. He was also a High School History teacher and track coach. Hinkel led the tigers to five state track titles. He coached 36 seasons of football. He is one of 12 iowa football coaches to surpass 300 career wins. In life, people influence one or two people if theyre lucky.
