And this is his third dui arrest since he became a 49er in 2011. And the 49er head coach just made the announcement a few minutes ago that they are releasing aldon smith from the team. He walked out of the Santa Clara County jail this morning after spending the night there. We caught up with him at that point. His bail was set at 26,000. And he said he is sorry. He also said at that point that this was not a dui. The situation that i had could have been handled differently and i apologize to everybody i let down and for how it played out. They had trouble making entry into the building, and they had to shut down the gas line before they could enter the building to fight the fire. Reporter the battalion chief did not know whether the ruptured gas line was the cause of the fire, and that is still under investigation. But he said the ruptured gas line definitely fueled the flames, and very fortunate that no one was injured in all of this.
